Defective item
Shown in pic taken...defective AC Delco Spark Plug # MR43T, for Marine 350/5.7 Chevy/Indmar EFI. After 1 year/40 hours, lost the electrode(?) in the center.
How could this happen?
Is there a piece of the debris now in my cylinder? What is AC Delco willing to do about this?
Ironically I had been running this boat for 30years and 1000hours on the original set of those exact AC Delco plugs and was previously very impressed with their performance.

Your company made it impossible for me with my battery issue
I bought a truck from my uncle that had batteries in my diesel duramax that failed and I couldnt replace them even though they were in a warranty status

Hello, Yesterday I paid 20$ for an daily subscription for the diagnostic.
It didn't work.
I was calling with your consultant, waiting to get connected for one hour.
When I get through I was informed that you have some problem and you working in it.
The day was over I couldn't use it.
How do I get my money back?

I did not get my warranty claim number a gentleman is supposed to call me or email me when he's going to come to the house to look at the damage that was done to my suburban like I said the young lady did not give me a claims number she took my information I just need clarity on when the technician is supposed to be coming my name is Charles Williams 313-445-**** is my cell phone thank you

Our little museum got a camera in July because we had some vandalism. The bayteries lasted until 11/2 when we installed 16 AC Delco batteries.
Those batteries only lasted 13 days, until 11/15. Is that normal for your batteries?
Preferred solution: replacement of 16 batteries

Battery Warranty replacement
battery is defective would not start my car without a jumpstart and cant return where i purchased it.
User's recommendation: as long as i can be treated fairly with the coverage of the battery warranty that i paid for then i have no problem with my purchase of the product and therfore would recomend your product to others and would consider buying it again

I replaced my battery today and my Delco radio with theft protection locked, I got the unlock code and when I put it in it changed to InOp ,was try to get some help with this but no luck.

Can't find anyone to warranty an ACDelco battery
Nothing has been offeredy
Wipe it a warranty on a battery if you're not going to honor it whether I bought it or the person that owned the car before me

GThe local man there has plenty attitude and should be fired. Greeting was old and slow never said were closed on Saturday.

Defective item
2 ton jack stand, 2nd time using this crap. Do not use or be aware of this low quality item.
Used on a Mazda cx5 front right side when broke, the rating is for 2 ton or 4000 lbs
the total weight of the Mazda cx5 is 3194lb.
It doesn't fit the requirements and ac Delco will not replace because there is only 1-year warranty
used or not.
ac Delco representants will ignore or make fun of the situation.
lucky that there were no injuries or damage to the Vehicle.
Preferred solution: I would like to get a refund or replacement. improve quality, safety and customer support/service.
